The project is the result of the tender Broekgraaf plot 3.3, in which Hamlet and

Dura Vermeer South were successful together. The aesthetic design is by Loer Architects. The client is housing corporation Kleurrijk Wonen.

Hamlet will also be responsible for the realisation of the wooden structure, work on which will start in Q1 2025.
