Lovely residential project in Leerdam

For housing corporation Kleurrijk Wonen, we are working on the structural design for a wooden residential building with 32 flats in Leerdam. Hamlet is also responsible for the realisation of the wooden main supporting structure.

Design of massive wooden residential building progresses steadily

Boogie Wood starts swinging

Commissioned by Vorm Ontwikkeling, we are currently working on the structural design of a massive 30,000m2 housing project. The building permit has been submitted.

De Houten Leeuw

First wooden residential building in Amsterdam for social rent, with 53 studio apartments for young people.

Woodstone

The largest wooden housing project in Europe, with a total floor area of 18,700 m2. The required wood comes from sustainably managed forests in Austria.

Noorderlicht

A new residential area with 120 homes for families. 10 of these homes are Hamlet Home homes with a usable surface of 87 m2 and 4 bedrooms.

Mock-up

This mock-up is part of the preparation for Woodstone, which will be realized in mid-2023. The building is fully constructed like the towers will be built. The mock-up contains 3 fully furnished model homes. The wooden shell was realized by Hamlet in March 2022 in Heerhugowaard. The finishing was done by Bouwbedrijf De Nijs.

MAAK Haarlem

Unique commercial building constructed entirely in CLT and glulam and placed as a top-up on an existing concrete building. Energy concept based on PV panels and hydrogen. Rainwater is buffered and used as gray water. Apart from the sewerage, this building can function self-sufficiently.
