30,000m2 residential development

Vorm Development selects Hamlet

For the large-scale timber project Boogie Wood in The Hague, Vorm Development commissioned Hamlet to design and calculate the main timber structure.

The assignment came about after a second opinion for which Hamlet was consulted.

The project consists of a nine-storey wooden structure on a two-storey concrete table.
It involves a total of 354 flats spread over 30,000m2 of timber construction.
Subsidiary company Hamlet Tall Timber Constructions (Hamlet TTC) will be responsible for the realisation of the timber structure.
