32 social apartments
Lovely residential project in Leerdam
For housing corporation Kleurrijk Wonen, Hamlet is currently finalising the structural design for a wooden residential building with 32 flats in Leerdam, commissioned by Dura Vermeer Bouw Zuid. It concerns social housing with a mix of two- and three-room dwellings. The main load-bearing structure consists of CLT walls and floors. The GLA covers some 2,700m2.
The project is the result of the tender Broekgraaf lot 3.3, in which Hamlet and Dura Vermeer successfully partnered. The aesthetic design is by Loer Architects.
Our subsidiary company Hamlet Tall Timber Constructions (Hamlet TTC), will undertake the realisation of the wooden hull of which work will start in Q1 2025.
