Preparing for the realization of The Timber Lion

We are currently finalizing preparations for the realization of The Timber Lion in Amsterdam, a residential development with 53 apartments.

Our timber construction subsidiary Hamlet TTC, with its specialized team, is responsible for the realization of the main wooden structure on behalf of social hoising corporation Stadgenoot and main contractor De Nijs.

 

The Timber Lion has five floors and a floor area of  2,500 M2.

Originally the design was intended to be realized with modules, but a further cost analysis by the client resulted in the choice for a 2D prefab method with on-site assembly. 

 

The assembly of the CLT strcuture will start in week 5.
